How do you role-play a Chaotic Evil Sorcerer?Do you kill all Athkatla and Underdark?Any tips?

Whatever you do it is because the results will give you pleasure.
The weak are there to be exploited and used for your pleasure.
Bully those less than you (and that is just about everyone).
Never show weakness.
Random acts of violence will instill more fear in a given population than ongoing violence.

These are good. But i almost never play as an Evil Character. And I will be a good Sorcerer(I think :D ).

be unexpected and egomanic. You are free to do everything YOU want. You can choose to help anybody as long as you are not compassionate but ridicule them and exploit them. Also id you are a CE sorcerer you might want to cause some major magic disturbances and just take up the Cowled wizards instead of buying a licence. Make the evil choices in the underdark, at the druid grove, ...
To sum up:
Lawful Evil: Exploit other people to get closer to your goal. Associate with the law rather than with other fiends (e.g. Riejek Hidesman)
Neutral Evil: Exploit other people just to destroy their dreams.
Chaotic Evil: Act as if you were neutral evil but randomly kill a bystander ;)
- Just kidding: CE sometimes (not always) unlike LE thinks about destruction first and about his goal later. Temper takes over quickly. So if you are CE and get annoyed by someone -> kill!

Ok.But i must be a chicken becuase Coweld Fools can be a real pain in the a$$ when you are low level.
But Solo Sorcerer will level up quickly. Belive me-I soled one before but he was good.
But when I get HLA`s then i will fought Cowlies! :D

Staff of the Magi has no restrictions on alignment whatsoever. The staff is the solid embodiment of arcane magic. Something which is blind to alignments.

BTW, here are some pointers on being chaotic evil.

Firstly, you are a solo sorcerer: Load up on party-unfriendly spells and have a total disregard for any innocent bystanders. If someone pisses you off, nuke them (unless you have something to gain for not killing them). Abuse anyone's trust and have total disregard for any morals and conventions.

You've got a hard row to hoe there, Xen... the behaviour that accurately reflects CE is not behaviour that is prone to promoting character longevity... you do things because they amuse you, and hurting people gives you an ego rush, or else is funny. Unlike NE, which is selfish and calculating, or LE, which is selfish but disciplined, CE is the ultimate spoiled child, and is NOT particularly disciplined... rash actions are justified after the fact..

Do whatever you feel like doing and kill someone while your at it. Do what you deem as neccessary to advance and benefit yourself.

Excerpt from AEG-Evil Sourcebook (making sure to quote my source!):

"Chaotic evil is lazy evil: It gets things done in the simplest possible way. Chaotic evil can also be considered "efficient evil." Coveting your neighbor's house? Conk him over the head and move in! Don't like adventurers creeping into your dungeon? Waste 'em! Nothing troubling you at the moment? Take a nap!...Individually, chaotic evil beings tend to be the toughest because they're more likely to do crazy stuff like fight to the death or meet a massed charge with a massed charge. Their tactics tend to be built around mobility, surprise, and overwhelming offense. But because they burn twice as bright, they only last half as long."

Elsewhere, they also compare them to a biker gang; move into a territory, reap the fruits of the spoils, and leave a smoking ruin on the way out.

I highly recommend this book for anyone who plans to play evil; it gives a great deal of information, far more than the PnP Player's Handbook.

I would say Chaotic Evil characters are also a little insane.

Think of the Joker in Batman.
