ok this was a little weird... this was before I started over and it bugged me for a while... (after I killed 3 of my members to get rid of them)

when you ctrl to group them altogether (to get them to travel together at the same time) they are in normal color
but when I clicked on them individually, they were all red

what does that mean?

Ummm.... did you click on someone with infravision? (like an elf)
