I think this weapon rocks!

Unfortunately it doesn't display any effect when the enemy gets hit and is slowed, so it appears to be less spectacular.

I am going to use this weapon with my stalker-cleric, but I would like to add a visual effect when the enemy is slowed. Maybe the same effect like the equivalent spell or anything else.

I have tried to download IEEP and Biff Tool to do this myself but Teambg is down and I haven't found any other site where I can get these programs.

Some people on this forum love to create new items. I would be thankful if anybody could modify the Flail of Ages + 3 and add some visual effect to it. Otherwise if you could indicate me an alternative working site to download the files and do it myself.

I don't know how I could have missed it when I searched this morning. I guess all links refered to teambg.com and not teambg.net.

Load the IEEP, load the item, File->Export, send .tbg file via email. The recipient will need to have IEEP (or only IEES) to import it.
