Hi, welcome to the forums.

That file is 13Mb. Not going to fit in your hotmail inbox. And without broadband, it would take hours to download. Its probably easier for you to reinstall the game.

I do have broadband. I wish i could just reinstall but I cant since the cd is defective. Thats why I got the corrupt file. Its corrupt on the cd.

<span style="color: lightblue">No webbased email would like you for getting that sized email... least of all hotmail. Nor would many people be able to attach that big a file to their email, there`s usually a limit - I know that with my provider, it`s about 6 MB. Try to get the CD resurfaced - aslong as the scratch doesn`t go as deep as the actual data, you should be able to.
After you do that, my advice to you is this: burn a copy of the game, and put the originals up safe. Use the burnt copy to install and to play. That way, if your CDs are scratched beyond repair, you still have your originals to fall back to. And with the pretty designs on the original CDs, they tend to overheat and warp while being used... never a good thing.
