Who should I bring hm should I know I'd bring

I am thinking of installing the Souflien mod and uh should I bring Edwin I have almost all the dangers in the underdark. Or would Imoen be good to take Edwin's place. I am trying not to have a party of 6 since I would not get so much XP.

the big question is do you want a mage that's prepared for the dangers and most contingencies, ie if you take a mage from the surface you can have him learn all the spells you want, whereas if you take Imoen you'll have to either be satisfied with what she has and what you can pack on your back, or wait for the good spells until such a time as you can use them. Edwin also has more lower level spells if that makes a diference.

I'm wondering why you're bringing Jaheira along. Are you romancing her? Viconia's chaotic commands will come in handy. Edwin has many good spells already memorized, and his 18 INT will let him learn a lot of spells. Imoen will be behind in level no matter when you pick her up, but the gap will widen the longer you take getting to her. That said, Imoen is a nice swingshift bowmistress and spellslinger, and late game I had her with the SotM and the Golem Smasher staff.

The only person you really need down there is a cleric, and unless you're a pure, multiclassed, or dualclassed cleric, bringing Viccy or Anomen will make things so much easier for you.

I suggest Sola.. he is amazing! he can whoop up in almost any battle with his fighing, AND he gets spells! His Drow-ness gives him awesome MR, through a special quest he can get his own special spell or weapon.. he can be romanced no matter what race or sex, he owns everyhing, did i mention he kicks butt? O, and he comes with demsion door ;) which can be kinda usefull.

Sola romances either gender............I am going to crush his hearth with the Aeigis-Fang if he does one move on me. (I would do that if I had such a mighty warhamer *sigh*)
