Gang, I'm doing a quest for the Temple of Talos. I just told a worshipper to kill some witnesses to his crime. Now I want to turn him in but I can't find the government official in the "Government District". Anyone doing the evil path and know where this guy is? He is NOT in the Council of Six building.

Nope. Journal didn't help. I went all around the GD and couldn't find the guy! That's why I'm asking here in case anyone did the 'evil' route.

Did you try the Deril Estate or was it the jysstev Estate for the corrupt Gov. offical?

Hmmmm....haven't been in the Deril estate yet. This guy wasn't at the Jysstev's as I've just been there on the temple statute quest.

Doesn't mean he won't be there on the Talos quest.

When he comes to you, and you tell him to kill all the witnesses, he will leave. Alittle later he will return to you in the temple, then you kill him. Take his head to the inspector in the government district. You cant turn him in once he comes back, you have to kill him and take his head. the inspector should be at the far end of the council of six building, standing in front of a little gap in the wall with statues in it.
