1) NPCs:
Vesine----Small Teeth Pass (Sun Lake Inn) Avaunis---Order of the Radiant Hart Kagain----City Gates Shar-teel-Government District (Jail) Yeslick---Temple District Robilard--Docks Adario----Copper Coronet Kivan-----Umar Hills 2) TDD SPOILER - - - - - - - - - - - - - Once you kill Jon, Ellesime brings you back from Hell and gives a little speech. Then you get to see the scene of Irenicus in Hell. After that scene, you'll be again in the Temple where Ellesime gave her speech. Talk to her, she'll offer to take you to Candlekeep, etc. etc. Say yes. 3) I don't have the slightest idea. My computer hates MODs and my last try with 'Tactics' lead me to 7 crashes -in a row- while trying to fight the 'improved twisted rune'. D'oh! |
I also have a new question(actually ans expanded 3th)
When does the balde get upgraded(and still need to know whe he gets it) [ 03-29-2003, 04:56 PM: Message edited by: AuraMancer ] |
Sola gets a 'reward' about 75% of the way through his romance (= this is not linked to any other game timer or quest completion). Notably, after you fight with Archryssa you'll be two-thirds of the way there. The reward varies depending on how you talk to him. If you choose at random, you have a > 50% chance of getting the blade. Personally, I recommend role-playing your character.
If you do end up with the blade, it will be upgraded when Sola has 3.5M XP (ToB-levels). Thanks to some insightful commentary on this board (and in other places) the upgraded version of the blade has been weakened a bit recently. It's still probably a bit too powerful, though -- I'm giving that some thought. |
Moonblades are supposed to be some of the most powerful items in all of Faerun. How powerful is this thing anyway?

Damn, I thought Sanchuudoku was powerfull... compared to Tsuki No Ken it's nothing more then an other bread slicing knife . :D
And yes Weimer it is still pretty over-powerd, but hey Sola deserve's it I like the Moonblade thing, Xan (BG I) also had one... real nice a Mage with a Moonblade (it was a gift from his people IIRC, Elvish). The Forgotten War Item Pack also adds 2 Moonblade's useable by Mage's (Known as elvish weapons, there is 1 blade that all Mage's and alike can use, strange)(encountering some strange bugs with a particular Moonblade though) |
