I've heard a lot about the twisted ruins and the great treasure of the Staff of the Magi. Where do I find this quest? I have the Throne of Bhaal installed plus a few extra mods.
Please don't be afraid to Spoil me.
All help is greatly appriciated.

This isn't really much of a quest, it is just a powerful multi-race party you encounter. To meet them, you must first of all have a Rogue stone in your inventory. Now, go to the Bridge District, and to the house where the people who buried Tirdir were located (down south-west). Next to it, there is another house with two doors. Behind one is a Lich, behind another is the Twisted Rune. Pick or bash the lock on the door which is turned against the ocean. With the Rogue stone in the inventory, you can now enter there. ;) </font>
