I have no idea if it is a current build or not, but a search for the only filename I found for IEES was EES_v102Build12.zip, and gave a hit at http://usuarios.lycos.es/bgtales/fil...102Build12.zip. Can't tell you much about it, other than that it appears to be virus-free, and the installer starts up fine. But then again, I have never used the tool myself, so use at your own risk.
