Here we go:

1 - Just keep it, or store it somewhere
2 - Judge for your self:

Halberd +4: Wave

Forged in antiquity by a cult devoted to the goddess Umberlee, this weapon of vengeance was designed to aid the cult's champion in retrieving a holy artifact from the fire giants of the Storm Horn Mountains. That was a lot of hope to place in one champion, and unfortunately the Wave had been lost ever since.

STATISTICS:

Combat Abilities:
15% chance of draining victim of water (+15 damage)
Slays Fire Elementals, Efreet, Salamaders (no save)
THAC0: +4 bonus
Damage: 1D10+4
Damage type: piercing
Weight: 12
Speed Factor: 5
Proficiency Type: Halberd
Type: 2-handed
Requires: 13 Strength
Not Usable By:
Monk
Druid
Cleric
Mage
Thief

3 - Prince Villynaty (Sahuagin Underwater city) has it.

1 & 2: It is a good Halberd, but not the best IMHO. There are better out there, but you should still pick up this one if your character is using halberds. ;)

3: You're in chapter 2 or 3 now, I assume? You'll find the blade in chapter 5. ;)

EDIT] Beat by two? Man, this is not my typing-day.

If you have ToB, there is no doubt which Halberd is the best, The Ravager.

If you only have SoA, Dragon's Breath is a good one. All the additional elemental-damages is great when fighting stoneskinned Mages.

Lets see... we have Dragon Breath +4, Duskblade +2, Blackmist +4... those come in mind I think...

It is Sir Exxons opinion that the wave isn't the best halberd in the game... maybe you have another opinion... I mostly neglect Halberds because none of them are worth using IMHO

[add] Aaahhh G-Sus! :D
