I'm experiencing an annoying bug where when I click on a person to initiate dialog, it says "cannot initiate dialog, ____ appears busy". Is there any simple fix for this? I've looked on Baldurdash but haven't managed to find anything, this bug is causing me problems as I can't even initiate dialog with Ribald, and some quest-important characters.

AFAIK, baldurdash should in fact fix it ..
Anywayz, if it isnt baldurdash, it's the official patch.
I'm 100% positive one of those two fixes it [img]smile.gif[/img]

I've tried all the Baldurdash patches with no luck, would I be able to install an official patch, or would that cause conflict with the Baldurdash fixes?

I had that problem when I first started playing after just reinstalling the game and installing my first MOD... and had forgotten to do the patch first. oops

I have the same prombelm, i downloaded the patch . what do i do now?

Yes it was installed but it still had the same problem. so i unistalled bg2 and now i am reinstalling it to see if it would work. i also had tob installed and then i unistalled it too.
