Alright, heres what im thikin for my new party. Tell me what all you think and what might be fun. im trying to use NPCs i havent used much. For instance, ive never used Keldorn [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Solaufein
Jan
Mazzy
Keldorn
Anomen (maybe)

What you think? i deffinatly want Sola and Mazzy. Any suggestions are welcome. i want to use Edwin, but i dont know who to take out. i dont like anomen, but i need a cleric. i jsut finished a game with Viccy, so shes out, and im sick of jahiera too. Thanks

If you're thinking about putting a bard in your party, why not pick up Haer'Dalis and make yourself a cleric? Unless you specifically wanted to play a bard, of course.

is mazzy romancable?

nope, boiware seems to have something against little races romacing.

Oh, and as 4 suggestion I'd go for Aerie or even Jaheira.

Imoen is a better Mage/Thief than Jan IMHO. She got all the essential skills covered before she dualled and will learn spells at a much quicker rate than Jan. You'll lose out on traps, but they're more of a cheesy luxury than a necessity.
Mazzy is a great fighter, one of the best if you got the GM patch/Baldurash Fixpack. Keldorn is solid fighter as well with Inquisitor abilities that truly makes him shine, one of the best NPC's in SoA. Solaufein has so many special perks that he's almost overpowered, though he also comes with a few semi-decent challenges and one spectacular battle to make up for it.

Anomen, you said it, decent cleric but a very poor fighter compared to Keldorn and Mazzy. I'd take Aerie instead since she's both a good mage and cleric.

My suggestion:

Keldorn
Mazzy
Solaufein
Imoen
Aerie

You got far more than enough arcane spellpower, both clerical spells and thieving skills are sufficiently covered, and you got four good fighters. A good setup IMHO.

ya, that sounds like a good plan. but i dont want Imoen, cuz i ALLWAYS take her, so i want something new. ill take aerie instead of Anomen, and jan instead of Immy. i hope he works good, but if not, ill deal with it.

O, and Sir Golumn, i allready had Keldorn [img]tongue.gif[/img]

O, one more thing. i had my blade duel wield long swords.. and i know sola uses them too.. any suggestions on where to find some good one will help. thanks!
