I have, apparently, purchased all of the flaming arrows ever made because I cnnot find a Vendor who stocks them anymore, so now what? I have lots of money but nothing worth buying at any of these vendors. Where can I find things like: Boots (of speed especially), Belts and other magically enhanced 'Haute Coture' for my gang?

Have you done the De'Arnise Keep yet? there are a lot of fire arrows in there. if you havent done it, Nalia De'Arnise can be found in the coppor corronet, she will come to you.

You can also find a bunch of Fire Arrows in the Windspear Hills.

Bernard sells hoards of Fire Arrows. Everybody forgets the blacksmith in Waukeen's Promenade too. These two areas alone should serve you quite well in your Fire Arrow stocks
