I found a dead cat underneath a waterfall. Who wants it and where should I bring it?

In that same map there you can find a little girl who will ask you to get her cat for her. She is on a path that passes directly beneath and behind that very waterfall. Even though the cat is dead you should still go give the body back to that girl ...
