If so, is it worth the download? It seems like being a non-spellcaster would be useless.

IIRC this mo does this thing:Lich throws a fireball.So a spell i 50 lvl and does *much* more dmg.Let`s say 400.

*shrug* magic is way overpowered as it is. With the spell 50 mod my sorceror was totally destroying anything and everything in his path. I ended up uninstalling it because it was too easy. However, it was really challenging using my kensai/thief and improved mages mod, that sort of game is really interesting.
