I've heard rumors about a skeleton monster on the map of the firewine bridge, but I am not able to find anything.

I dont think their is a skeleton baddie on the firewine map but if you go north to Ulcastor School and then go to the ruins on top of the small hill their is a skeleton warrior he's carrying some good items so its good do defeat him, if your a low level though you might find it hard.
