ok. I think I did something wrong. I was wondering around after I picked up the mage and the fighter on your way to the Friendly Arms... and then they just left me. I think it was because I didn't go to Nashkell right away. I can't find the guy who is over by High Hedge. I want to get to the Carnival to pick up someone else.. but I'm hoping I dont need the two guys I found earlier. I'm really bad with names if you can't tell. If some one could help me that would be great.

You do not need those two at all, (their names are Xar, and Montaron) You should head over to the Freindly Arm Inn

Those tow aren't necessary and if your of good alignment you dont want them because imoen is a better thief and there are better mages. Branwyn is at the carnival and is a neutral (?) cleric and is pretty good.

Branwen is Neutral....and very capable!!!

I killed the two and took there items.
If you can hold out for a little while you get
Minsc and then his sorceress friend. Remember to save
as much as you can. And do minsc's quest early.
She is located at the gnoll castle in a pit.

Piglet, what is your alignment?
if you are good, you don't want/need Xar and Montaron. they are pretty pitiful.
