I just realised that i have had a roll of 95 on my pally and druid cus they easiest to get hisgh rolls as they need lots of low atribs of like 13 wisdom and charisma how i rolled 95? well i was just lucky really i roll for half an our most the time my druid was
Str 18 Pally was---------->Str 18/98 Dex 18 Dex 18 con 10 con 13 wis 18 wis 18 int 10 int 10 Cha 18 cha 18 but on my pally i had an extra three on con and 18/98 str i was amazed but then my comp stuffed up days later and needed to get fixed and i had to remove everything which was kinda gay cus now i realise i couldve gone into saved folders and copyd the save to floppy if it was small enough. |
yesterday I made a human straight ranger
I rolled this on my 2nd attempt (and kept it, obviously) str 13 dex 15 con 15 wis 15 int 16 cha 17 Total = 91 when I adjusted my rolls I realised the strength was 18/00 ! the only time I've ever had 18/00 I have taken her to lvl 9 and dualed to cleric, also currently on lvl 9, so I'll be getting my ranger back soon dual wielding maces and flails |
I have three that tie for that spot.
The first was a human male fighter. I rolled till I got 16s in all stats. After completing BG1, he had 17s in everything, but wisdom, which was 18. He was part of my super character project. He could dual to anything. Sadly, his character file got corrupted when importing to BG2. Second was a Ranger/Cleric. 18s in all stats but int. Int was 15. After BG1, he was SCARY. 19s for most, 20 for wis, 16 int. Original str roll was 18/96 IIRC. And Butterfingers my namesake Bard. He had 18 str and dex, 15 con, 14 int, 13 wis, 18 chr. After BG1, his stats were as follows; 19/19/16/15/15/19. When I go for the gusto, I don't make characters. I make fine pieces of art. |
My personal record is 96. 'Twas a Cavalier, which easier get high rolls, as you mentioned.
The character I'm playing ATM, a Human Monk, got these rolls: 18 Str 18 Dex 18 Con 14 Int 16 Wis 3 Cha An 87, which really isn't hard to get. I always lower the Charisma to 3 when I know I'm playing with a party, because then I can wear the Ring of Human Influence all the time. The spare points first of all went to maximize his Strength, Constitution and Dexterity, and then to Wisdom. Less important was Intelligence. I decided to have that one fairly high, though, because I don't like playing with a complete nuthead. |
Well, he aint a nuthead, but, by the looks of him, looks like Bhaal had little bastard children with trolls as well :D :D
Come on! Just a little charisma wont hurt you! |
Well, there was my paladin...
all 18's except for 14 wis and 3 intellegence. somehow he couldn't read scrolls, though. about 91 points. at the end of BG1, all 19's and 14 wis and 3 int (i used the wis books to dual dynaheir into a priest....) he rocked. my current character? a priest, still in BG1, 18 int, wis and dex, 15 con, 14 Str and 8 cha. that's 91 points. i allways go for 18 dex, and 18 in the main stat. add 15 con(18 for fighters) as i'm gonna find the manual of health. other stats are less important to me.... |

Well, as I said, I'd rather just use the Ring of Human Influence instead. I'd rather have a smart, wise and charismatic person even though it costs me that I always have to use a ring. |
isn't the minimum allowed charisma for a paladin 17 ? if you're going to cheat to make it 3, why not just cheat yourself the stats you want anyway ?
|
eh..?
The 3 CHR was for a monk. |
My Paladin is:
