Chaos and Entropy are items that Haer'Dalis has when you meet him.

Improved Mace of Disruption would be a good way of getting at Bhodi.

1) IIRC it's a fairly normal scimitar +3. I wanna say it's found in the drow house in Ust'Natha (Jae'lat maybe?). No clue on the item code

5)it's a cursed potion of healing. It's not blue, and I believe there's a comment in the description about it being an odd color.

I heard that Fileplanet is currently down as well, though... :(

Yea, I tried that website already but it's no good. Darkest Day is download-able but from diff. languages, and baldur's gate haven was moved.

Get it here. Rejoice the fact that TeamBG is up and working again(at least was yesterday). The cursed potion of healing makes you intoxicated, IIRC. not 100% sure what that does though. Cheesy way to beat Bodhi:

Read a scroll of Protection from the Undead. You can get these from almost any temple and the adventurer's mart. I dont remember if you have to have a certain amount of int to read a green scroll. if it does, get potions of genius/mind focusing at any temple too.

Fighter with high AC, wielding Soul Reaver +4 = Bodhi that can't hardly hit you. Her undead spells will still cause you some grief though.

cursed potions always say something about the colour being strange or murky. the cursed potion of healing is the one that's not blue (not elixer of health either). look in shops, it's scandelous how many store keepers are selling dodgey potions

Erm, I don't think the countries listed behind the download locations are languages; just the location of the server. ;)
