Is there any quests related to them after saving their dawn ring?

Or can I exterminate the place, and not miss out on anything.

If your main character is at least part Cleric and you don't already have a Stronghold, then yes, I think there might just be more quests after the Dawn Ring. But I've never really played a Cleric, so I can't speak from experience.

If you are NOT going for the Cleric Stronghold, then the Dawn Ring quest is the very last one.

you also have to be a GOOD cleric, so that there would be any new quests in the temple of lathander.

Thank you. I have run through once and didn't remember another quest. But I wasn't sure.
