This go around I joined Bohdi.

Will I be able to raid Maevar's outfit at any point in time, or just the Main Shadow thief's building (Renal and Aron). There was some sweat gems in Maevar's Inn.

Yes, you will. But if you haven't finished Renald Bloodscalp's quest before joining Bodhi, then the quest is lost and so is Renald's reward. The proper ordering of events :D

1. Steal everything usable from Gorth
2. Finish Renald Bloodscalp's quest
3. Accept Bodhi's offer.

aww jeez, my evil party i did it out of order, does that mean I can't get Edwin(or can i just walk up through the guildhall)

nope, edwin is lost too, since you need maevar to bring edwin into SoA. he appears after the first quest for maevar.

Edwin is evil, I had to kill him in BG1, he wanted to kill Dynaheir ! This bastard !

It's a poor design choice where taking the Evil path too early can result in accidentally screwing yourself out of a practically essential Evil NPC, especially when Evil NPCs are in insufficient supply anyway.

It shouldn't be too difficult to add a new BaldurDash component: When you join Bodhi, the game checks to see if you can still get Edwin (have you accepted Renal's quest, had Gorch unlock the doors, and burglarized the Temple for Mae'Var)--and if you can't, Edwin will automatically appear in the Copper Coronet.
