I'm playing both a solo and a party through BGII right now, and I've yet to complete it. I was just wondering if Cespenar was accessible before completing SoA (I have TOB installed). If he is available I'd like to go throuhg some of watcher's keep to get upgradable eq (flail head, etc). But if he is not accessible then I will just wait until I finish SoA.
