Noticed this yesterday, isn't a Swashbuckler supposed to get the APR bonus for being able to go up to Specialized Proficiency level? My Swashie is at 1 APR with his Katana, and 2 APR when dual-wielding.

It is a known bug with SOA and TOB that affects all non-warrior classes that somehow get specialization in a weapon, and as far as I know is not fixed in any patch. See Baldurdash for description of the problem:

This problem also affects Haer'Dalis, who is specialized in Short Sword. He also does not get the extra attacks he should be entitled to due to weapon specialization.

This bug shouldn't be too tough to fix.

I'll just raise my base APR by 1/2 with SK then, thanks for that notion Klutz.
