I saw a level 9 spell in shadowkeeper titled MDK2 Spell and I right clicked it and said something about a blue outhouse.

There are many spells and items in SK that are meant for the enemies to use. Such as a ring of free action that provides 100%MR or altered spells for scripts and such. Although the MDK2 spell is a little awkward, its bound to have a use in the game.

[ADD] If you have ToB installed you'll notice: Emperor, Bequilling Gaze, Antickickenator, Teleport without error, Fool, Strife, Gas Spore(!) and "just ten damage" :D

Antichickenator is used in BG1 by Thalantyr, when he tries to remove a curse of his apprentice (who was turned to, of course, chicken).
Just ten damage is used by some script that needs to take 10HP away, obviously ;) .
I always thought that MDK2 spell was Easter Egg. Isn't it?
Isn't Gas Spore used by Myconids? Or by something else?

Emporer is the effect of one the cards from the deck of many things.
One thing I noticed was called Rapture of the Father. I'm not sure but I think it's (SPOILERS) the spell used by Irenicus in his experiments in the asylum.

Hey, you're right! But what is it doing in SoA or ToB? Never encountered a chicken before?

Some spells and many (plot) items from BG1 are still in BG2.
