SPOILERS

Talk to Lord Jierdan in the Copper Coronet (Slums) to get this ball rolling. Finish the quest and you'll be offered to enter the Order of the Radiant Heart.
DO NOT kill Firkraag before you are asked to!

You can get it as a stronghold - just complete every task they set you.
