Without a shadow of a doubt, the easiest way to beat Kangaxx is to use a Protection from Undead scroll on one character and have him confront Kangaxx alone.

Some of the basics, though, is to carry either the Daystar or the Mace of Disruption +2 as weapons. Preferably the MoD. Also carry a Protection from Magic/Abjuration-scroll, to be protected against his Imprionment. ;) </font>
