When you are at the final stage where you need to get the tears of Bhaal, theres a tear there that will give you +20% Fire, +20% Electricity, and +20% (Cold or Acid) if you do a good thing to get it. I was wondering, suppose you get that and finish the game again, will the +20% resistance that you will get be added to the resistance you got last time?

Yes. I played through with my sorceror twice - First time with a party, second time solo. I got all the stat increases, magic resistances, etc. I wouldnt recommend doing playing through with the same character again just to get the few bonuses. The only reason i played twice was to see if i could do it solo...and i was quite successful i might add. But yes...the stat/resistance bonuses do stack.
