I know you cannot stack Doom's -2 to saves with itself, ditto for Greater Malison's -4 to saves, but can you use both of them together for possible -6 to saves? Several folks in previous posts I searched seem to use them both against dragons...

Yes, Doom stacks with Greater Malison.
