i heard somewhere that the adventurers mart in waukeens promenade has a secret stash with good weapons in it. however, i've been to the place, and i can't find a secret stash. what's the deal???

I think you may be referring to Ribald's stash that he lets you see AFTER you return from the Underdark. Well, you...have to return from the Underdark. He gets a new shipment while you were gone, you see.
