I take it you guys have the EXACT same patch, mods, both have/dont have TOB, frame rate, cache setting (must be above 300mb), same installs (full i hope), possibly the same difficulty setting, firewall set right if you have one, maybe pathfinding search nodes set the same. I have had trouble setting up a multiplayer game before with a friend, took us all night to get it going and then i was too tired to play for long.
