I freed Jaheira and Minsc but didn't take them with me. I see I can pick up Minsc at the Copper Bar. Can I still pick up Jaheira? If so where?

She usually hangs out in the docks district in the lower left corner near a big orangeish building.

It depends. If you have declined Jaheira to join in the Irenicus Dungeon then Jaheira is lost forever. If you have allowed Jaheira to join and then you have sent her away then Jaheira is in the Docks in front of Harper's Headquarters.
Minsc and Joshimo are always in CC no matter whether you have allowed them to join or not.
