where can i find delon to get the umar hills quest? i've found him b4 and i'm sure it was daytime in the city gates district! i've got the trademeet quest, cos the bloke was there at night. shal i see delon in the day???

ps. other than waukeens promenade, where can i buy potions of master thievery and extra healing?

Delon is in the center of the Government District. If you have Minsc in your party he will find you.

I believe you can get the Umar Hills map from the Cowled Wizards in the government building too. They'll ask you to go fetch Valygar for them.

Gorch in Maevar's Guildhall has about five potions.

Yeah Gorch has alot of potions of master theivery eight if I remember correctly. Make sure though you pick the potions up before you do Renal Blodscalps quest although you probably knew that already. ;)

and i'm trying to remember who is renal bloodscalp??
and is maevcars guild hall in the docks district? how do u get past the locked doors?

Renal Bloodscalp is a higher up in the Shadow Thieves. Mae'var's Guildhall is in the Docks District down at the bottom. There is no locked door as long as you enter from the ground floor, although there is a building to the left of it that has a locked door.

Yes, Delon comes in a t different points. My current game he grabbed me on the steps in the Docks district.

As far as the Potion of Master Thievery, I believe the potion lady at the bottom left of the Bridge district map also has some, but I could be wrong.
