Thorgrim looked up. The door was huge.
"Go on!" Aerie urged. "We must defeat Irenicus!"
Thorgrim steadied himself and opened the door.
A huge seismic blast knocked the entire group back. Thorgrim got up and saw irenicus.
"No running now Thorgrim!" Irenicus laughed harshly.
"This is the end irenicus. I swear u will die here!!" Thorgrim shouted.
"Irenicus! U will pay for wot u did to Khalid!" Jaheira cried.
"In Baerzon's name, i will kill u!" Aerie screamed. "And for Thorgrim!" Thorgrim smiled quickly at Aerie, who blushe deeply.
"How dare u cross the righteous path!" Anomen roared.
"I grow tired of saying this Irenicus. Boo will have ur eyes! DIE BY MY SWORD!" Minsc laughed.
"How dare u oppose me?" Irenicus shouted, his eyes widening and bulging.
"I dare Irenicus. I dare!" Thorgrim roared and drew his sword. The party followed suit.
"Oh this is pretty!" Irenicus was amused.
He summoned two demons, two balors and morphed into the slayer.
Jaheira jumped forward to protect Imoen from a demon. Thorgrim took on two Balors while Minsc and Anomen fought the other demon. Jaheira was dying and with her last efforts, threw the wand she was holding to Imoen, who cast mordekainen's sword to protect her.
Aerie summoned forth skeletons and a nishruu. Soon, Thorgrim had the Balors down, and minsc and anomen had taken down both demons. Irenicus as the slayer attacked. Maze was cast on Minsc. Thorgrim was sad to see the loyal companion go. Imoen cast finger of death on Irenicus, but it rebounded and killed her.
Aerie andAnomen summoned as many creature as they could. Thorgrim started attacking the slayer. He was badly injured, yet so was Thorgrim. Just as the slayer was going to kill thorgrim, he heard a cry
"Butt kicking, for goodness!" Minsc jumped in front of the slayer, barring thorgrim from the creature. Minsc swung the Githyanki blade and killed the creature...

u like? it took three turns to win, although i did it first time but my main char was also killed.
The cut scene with irenicus in hell was sooooo funny. wot were they slayers?
and when it says: The Bhaal Spawn is doomed! Makes me wanna get ToB!!!!
I'm gettin the 1st BG soon as well.

I wholly recommend you buy ToB.
Never played BG1 myself, but ToB is great.

I'd only recommend BG1 if you'll be getting the expansion, TotSC, as well. It adds some pretty intense moments, including Werewolf Isle and Durlag's Tower. What I don't recommend is the TeamBG custom expansion, DSotSC. With my experience, it is extremely glitchy and can cause your game to crash frequently.

WWOOWW!! Great story. The first time i tackled Irenicus, I totally kicked his butt!!! I swear, i didnt have to reload once... haha not even once!!!

Throrgrim, great imagination!!! It makes the game a whole lot better when yu imagine stuff like that.!!

The first time I faced Irenicus he obliterated me.

Every attempt after the first has been painfully easy.

Particularly this last time.

I found it especially amusing that Irenicus kept getting hit while he was talking at the very last sequence (when he screams in denial and dies). =P

Yeah it's a nice game. But I've had problems as well. Every time I get to the Undercity my game plays the movie every second.
