Barbarian rules!You now why?Becuase hi is immune to backstabb,he has very high movment speed and his is a HITPOINT POWERHOUSE!!!!if you give him weapon profisncies for Katana(Celestial Fury) and Long Sword(Equalizer) and Warhammer(Crom Fayer) the guy is just D`MAN!!! When i first finished Bg2 i played with Mage.Mages are cool to IF they are high level...and if you are playing with a mage you Just HAVE TO take Korgan becuase hi is THE BEST FIGHTER IN THE GAME..LATER IN TOB HI AND SAREVOK ARE MAIN TANKS if you are mage.
Now I am plying with Half-Orc-Barbarian and hi is avsome.

Please tell me with hwo is cool to play with as a main chracter..

Now, as for main character, the Cavalier is always fun to play.
Great immunities/abilities/resistances, he becomes very powerful with HLAs, and he can wield the best Two-Handed Sword in the game. ;)

The Sorcerer is also fun. If you already have used a Mage, I think you'll like the Sorcerer. Their spell system is wonderful. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Oh, and lastly, I prefer the Berserker kit over the Barbarian. He has a much better Rage-ability called Enrage, plus that he can be Grand Master in weapons. [img]smile.gif[/img] </font>

Also, by using that smilie, you are sort of misleading people that you have a major problem.

<font color="cadetblue">Well Grand Mastery isn't that great unless you got the TeamBG patch. IMO the only advantage Enrage has over Rage is protection from imprisonment. Barbs are my favourite class followed closely by Cavaliers, Beserkers, and Swashbucklers.

Hmmm... I was under the impression that rage protects from imprisonment too, as a result of a little "oversight"?

Barbarian Rage never protected from Imprisonment. Berserker Rage, however, did shield against Level Drain, when it wasn't supposed to. This was fixed.
