Well I know its in the locked compound in the temple district, the question is : How do I get in there?

I don't think the door is locked. I don't even think the door is even closed. The Celestial Fury is an item you WILL earn, unless you are very high level. Good luck.

You can't see the entrance but just move your mouse cursor around the right side of the building to find the door.
