Did ever something really annoying happen to you or have u ever doneesomething totally stupid?

Well here's my worst moment:
I were goign to fight Firkraag with a lvl 11-13 party. I summoned a bunch of summons(skeletons, a water elemental, and some winter wolves) and had Aerie cast mislead, mirror image and fireshield red on herself. I used up all my protective spells on summons and party and sent the summons and Aerie to face Firkraag. I cast lower resistance on firkraag to start the battle and he began to slaughter my summons. I used a wand of lightning to damage him while Jaheira was summoning more meatshields in the rear. I had to cast another msilead and summon yet another bunch of monsters before Firkraag was near death. I then went in for the kill and cast minor sequencer to load up two magic missiles to finish him off. Then my PC crashed....
This was like my sixth go on him and **** ***** *********** ****** **** ****** ******* ***** again!!!

Firing a Spell Sequencer with 3 Flame Arrows on Adalon who had Spell Turning.

Imagine the horror as she shuffled her tail and I saw the silver disc beneath her.

Learning how to deal with with spell holders:
- chain contingency on see enemy loaded up with the highest protection spells and then running into a gibberling
- a spell trigger that holds offensive spells for some wicked purpose and then thinking it holds mislead, prot from mag weapon and spell immunity. The only good thing was that it completely stunned all my opponents when the splatter-animation appeared on me.
- a spell sequencer with defensive spells thinking it holds offensive spells, ever heard a lich laugh and growl "ttthhhaannnkkk yyyooouuu"?

Or misclicking in the spell bar, choosing sunfire instead of spell immunity and then facing your own skel wars

I would have to say fighting Irenicus. I just kept casting areil spells and running, but it worked. does any one else feel guilty when they fight a lich or something and leave to make him waste his spells. I hate it but its all tat works

Worst moment? Well I remember my first meeting with Firkraag. I chosen wrong dialogue option with him (well a LG pally would use that option anyway), he turned hostile and my pally went down in two rounds and then I saw the death movie for the very first time. [img]graemlins/verysad.gif[/img]

I play the mac version, and there tends to be a lag between clicking and selecting characters. So it is very easy to get ahead of yourself, for example, and click the fireball spell, click your destination, click another character and OOPS, you've just fired a fireball at your own guy because you were clicking too fast. Sometimes in the heat of battle I'll get excited, and do a number of stupid things like that.

1.Totally stupid thing was to face Kangxx the Demi-Lich without saving first... where were my brains at that moment?
2.Trying to kill a mage (cant remember the name),by using Melfs Minute Meteors, he had spell turning,my mages died quite fast.

Well, if that was the first time you saw the death movie, I dont consider that a worst moment.

True, but it was my first sidequest in chapter 2 and that party was awfully low leveled. At that point I didn't even consider to attack Big Red. I guess I was lucky to get through chapter 1 without dying though there were several close calls.(that demon in Irenicus dungeon left me standing with mere 3HP) I wasn't prepared that if leader dies game ends. Well, I played IWD before and there is no such penalty for death of the leader.

trying to kill Firkragg the first million times with my fairly low level solo assassin. Simply an exercise in frustraion.
