BG2: EE Out in November

Now that all the legal troubles are resolved, Overhaul is offering Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition now; the release date in currently set for 15 Nov. The three new NPCs from BGEE are back--Dorn, Neera, and Rasaad--along with an as-yet-unnamed fourth NPC, a thief.

The pre-order price is $24.95 and the availability if for PC and Mac only for now.
