One is in Bodhi's Lair, the bottom level in a chest.
The Malakar +2 is in the asylum in the maze. Its found on a troll behind one of the doors you need a painting for.

Other +2 Katana's:

Dakkon's Zerth Blade from Deidre in the Adventurers Mart.

A standard +2 katana from Bohdis lair (upstairs in a chest) after completing the Aran Lindvail quests.
