Dems to voters: You may hate us, but GOP is worse

Acceptance to the fact is a beginning, maybe in the following elections the dems can bring some less "imperfect" candidates to the auction block?

What gripes me is that there is very little a President (any President..any party) can do about an economy. But boy do they get blamed!!

When the economy's good, they have no problem stepping up to claim credit. Want the (unearned) credit? Gotta take the (unearned) blame.

Is it not this administration that stated the recession ended 14 months ago?
Is it not this administration that cannot produce economic numbers to back said claim?

Smoking mirrors.

And here all this time we thought it was the National Bureau of Economic Research, citing that the country came out of recession in June 2009.

I think if you look at a pure numbers perspective, the economy just stopped sliding sometime within the last couple of months. It has yet to prove much of a turnaround.

But the decade of failed policies that brought on the recession to begin with WILL NOT add to or continue to support an economic turnaround. To think so is ludicrous. It's also pretty ludicrous to see what people expected one single guy to do in less than 2 years time.

Whatever, the economy is in the shitter, everything where I work seems to be hanging on loose threads, and I'm just along for the ride. Wheeee!

Change man, change. He so said it so many times, people actually believed it. So yes, the people who believed must then be ludicrous.

I've seen huge changes in policy.

But huge changes in policy take time to have an effect on reality.

You know this.
