I'm dualclassing a swashbuckler to a fighter and she (going to get kelsey) is level 6 fighter now. I'm playing on hard and I want to get the key which you use to travel to Irenicus Dungeon lvl 2. Before the chest there is a trap and it keeps doing more damage than I have hitpoints. I'm soloing till I have Kelsey so I can't use somebody else to walk in the trap.
Is the only thing I can do putting the difficulty lvl down or is there something else?

The chest containing the key has two traps. Do not open the chest first, but walk near it to activate the first one, then rest to recover and open the chest to activate the second one.

If you have Draw Upon Holy Might as one of your innate Bhaalspawn powers; use it to boost your Hp.

I know but I have 40 hp (I haven't got any hp after I dualclassed ger) and this trap before the chest keeps killing (IIRC on normal it nearly kills a character with a couple of more hp) me so I think it might be impossible to walk in the trap without dying. I have Draw upon Holy Might but will it help much if I use it my con will be 15 is that enough?

best thing you can do is try the holy might tactic, it cant hurt [img]smile.gif[/img]

Or go kill a bunch of stuff and try and level up more..make sure you've gotten the Two-Handed sword from the Genie too, lots of guys in there [img]smile.gif[/img]

I killed everything in the 1st level and if I use Draw upon Holy Might I have 18 CON but the trap is still doing to much damage. So I have to put the difficulty level lower for this trap?
