Obama's Troop plan.
Well, I think he has come to grips, with a few things, and there are yet a few he may not yet grasp. However, he was quoted as saying a couple things that really allow one with understanding to grasp his perception of things, yet make a public statement that would sound very enlightening to those that do not understand.

First real good quote:

And something some of you may not know about troop levels:

The Pentagon's ability to boost its forces in Afghanistan depends partly on how quickly it can withdraw them from Iraq, where 140,000 troops are deployed.

Army (active) troop count (Republican) was just over 3/4 million pre-clinton, and under 500,000 post clinton. GWB (R) brought the count back to 1/2 million, and the current guy (democrat) has not yet made a total strength announcement. Mind you, this increase of troop levels into A-stan, is from GWBs plan, so no cookies for you who think this a "new administration" plan! Recall the "Joints Chief" last Fall stated his facts that there would be a over Winter buildup to facilitate a Spring mission.
