Joining Bohdi?
 

G'day

I need to know if I change my thief to a dual class thief / fighter will I be able to join Bohdi? or will any taint of thief keep her away from me?

IIRC you can join her regardless of class.

mmmmm I'm pretty sure she will have nothing to do with a straight thief, unless maybe there is a mod out there.

So far no vamp has offered for her mistress to meet me .... :(

I think once you raise the funds you should be approached by one of Bodhi's minions, but it's been awhile since I last played. And pretty sure only at night.

Just looked at a walkthrough, claims that once you raise 15,000 you should be confronted by both groups.

The walkthrough also claimed that if you attack any vamps during a thief / vampire encounter you don't get to join Bodhi. Not sure about that for certain, but it would make a kind of sense.

In the default game, you can only work for Bodhi if you are at least part non-Thief (Mage, Fighter, etc). Which pretty much bites if you want to roleplay a really Evil Thief and discover that you're strongarmed into taking the Neutral path. At least one mod removes this restriction, but I can't recall which . . . probably one of the Tweakpacks.

Once you raise at least 15,000 and you're outdoors (and you're within Athkatla, IIRC), Valen will appear, day or night, followed by Brus. From then on, you must meet with Bodhi within 3 days and give a yea/nay to her offer--the only way to extend this time limit is to have less than 15,000 gold when you meet Bodhi.

Attacking either (or even both) of the warring factions when they spawn at night will have no effect on your "employment," even if you're already committed to one side.
