help with Flame's mod
 

I haven't played Wiz 8 in a while and since I last played I got a new acer comp with vista(ugh).
I got Wiz 8 to play in game compatablity mode for Windows 98, but I can't get Flame's final mod to work - and I had no problem before.
I load the mod and I get the note, etc, get the added items, but none of the added monsters (no yummo g, housewives, etc).
I tried reloading a few times and even had someone else download flames mod and unzip to a disk, but no dice.
Anythoughts on why a part of the mod would work but not all of it?
