Obama's and McCain's campaign PCs hacked!

Basically, both computer systems were hacked by an unnamed foreign entity that wanted to gain an edge against competing countries in future dealings re: foreign policy by whichever would become president. Officials will not name the country responsible at this time.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was the good ol' Chinese. They've been doing these kind of things for awhile now.

I would be surprised if it was. Chances are way higher that it was either England, France or some other ally of the US...

Back when I was in uni (was only 5 months ago, but it feels a long time) we had a one day optional seminary held by French counterintelligence at which I participated. He gave us statistics of who (on govermentary level) attacked systems in France the most. First was the US, second Israel, third UK and China was only the fourth...

The most attacked sector was agriculture (competition in genetically modified plants), second was aerospatial companies (Boeing - Airbus competition).

He had declined to say where the french intelligence agency focused its activity...

Statistics can be surprising...
