All my mages keep loosing their spells from their spell book and the amount they can memorize keeps diminishing, even if I do a greater restore or rest, it still keeps happening. I just downloaded a patch hoping it would fix it.. Whats going on?

IIRC, there's a known bug that gives mages too much spell-slots in the eaely lvls, and then when lvling up corrected that mistake by actually reducing spellslots. Only happened with edwin though i think, not sure.
The loosing spells-thing can only be because you're deleting them,.. maybe you have an evil counter-you that wants to prevent you from playing ?
