My favorite of all time is HK-47 from KOTOR. He is the most cynical and blood thirsty and coolest droid of all time.

Korgan and Edwin from BG2.
Xzar and Montaron from BG1.
Ignus from Planescape: Torment.

Oh I might choose one from kotor also, I would choose darth malak.

If youre saying villain character. Hes a great villain.

Hk-47 is a great sort of bit npc character. Very orignal though.

Definetly Kerrigan, but followed closely by codename 47 and Horned Reaper(Horny Raper ;) ).

HK-47 had the BEST dialouge in all of KOTOR, but I like T3-M4's dialouge :D
