Well, she wants to know how to get mods onto the XBrick version of Morrowind, if it's possible at all. can anyone help her?

Yes... it is possible, but you will need to crack your XBOX, err.. her XBOX first (kind of illegal). Check out the thread from official Morrowind board concerning uploading mods for the XBOX version of Morrowind.
