Does anyone know where Tevik Teporn is that you have to kill for the 3rd wizard guild quest is? I completed the serpent temple did not find him.

Also where is the scroll of trickery? Did not find it in the temple

Tevik should be near the dock at Ishad N'ha. He should be in an alcove right next to it.
The scroll of trickery is on the table in the same room with the serpent wand.
