Is this module public? can we download it from somewhere?

I also searched for the online server, but i couldn't find it,
could someone please post the IP address of the server?

At the top of the page is a button labled "Ironworks NWN's Server Status". click that and you'll see if it's online, and how to access it if it is ;)

i couldn't find it in neverwinter vault, or google.

No, Ziroc hasn't finished it yet, so it isn't open for downloading.. yet. I think Ziroc said he was going to set up a dedicated server, but don't take my word for it (I hardly come in here as is)
