Yes with scout your warned about man traps as you're running thru the wood just before your attacked. It would be better if when you got the scout trait the man traps showed up as flashing neon dots on your map.

And why do birds and butterflies, rats and roaches show up as red couldn't they be pink or brown

worse thing is... when grouk warns you AFTER the Mantrap blasted you
